Qafeel ("we", "us") operates qafeel.co, a platform connecting individuals and businesses in the UAE with professional business, visa, tax, documentation and compliance services. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to respond to your request and deliver services.
Information you give us
When you submit a consultation or lead form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, and any optional details you choose to add (email, nationality, country of residence, emirate, company information, and notes). When you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, assess your requirement and provide a quotation.
- To deliver the services you request, which may involve sharing relevant details with the verified professionals, licensed practitioners or authorised partners who perform the work, and with government authorities where an application requires it.
- To send you service updates, reminders (such as renewals or expiries) and follow-ups related to your request.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where form data is stored
Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored in access-controlled systems (including Google Workspace tools) used by our team to manage enquiries. Access is limited to people who need it to handle your request.
Cookies and analytics
We use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked) in aggregate. Data is processed by Google under their privacy terms.
- Meta Pixel — helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads on Meta platforms to people who have visited our site. Data is processed by Meta under their privacy terms.
These tools identify browsers, not names — we cannot see your identity from cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta account settings.

To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
